“If it’s not a smash hit we’re completely fucked,” joked Ryder as he finished the final shooting days on board a jumbo jet interior wrapping the final morning at the all too familiar five AM hour.  

 Best known for creating top selling porn parodies Not the Bradys XXX, Not Bewitched XXX, Not Three’s Company XXX and the recently released Cosby Show parody Not the Cosbys XXX, Flight Attendants is a big step outside of the X-Play batter’s box in that it is an original comedy rather than a spoof of a popular television show. 

“We were destined to do something original, something totally funny and pack it with the sexiest girls we could find even if they were contract stars from other companies,” stated co-producer Scott David of X-Play.  “This movie is definitely a big gamble on our part but if you saw what I witnessed on set when we were shooting you would agree that it’s going to be a home run and definitely one of the best pictures of the year.”   

The cast assembled is one of the greatest in the history of the modern porn era and features Hillary Scott, Teagan Presley, Kayden Kross, Shyla Stylez, Sunny Lane, Misty Stone, Eva Angelina, Kacey Jordan, Lexi Love, Michelle Maylene, Kenzi Marie, Brooke Belle, Cali Couture, Farrah, Evan Stone, Randy Spears, James Bartholet, Jack Lawrence, Ron Jeremy, Eric Swiss, Dino Bravo, Eric John, Barry Scott, Brad Hardy, Scott Lyons, Billy Glide and Thomas Hope of Not the Cosbys XXX fame who plays an air traffic controller that has pilots confusing his voice with that of Bill Cosby. 

“It’s the funniest movie we’ve ever executed by far and the actors pulled it off wonderfully and were totally dedicated to the project.  In the movie we poke fun at just about every ethnic group including white people because nothing is off limits in Flight Attendants but we do it all in a very good natured way well at least I think we did it in a good natured way,” Ryder said with soulful concern.  “But fuck ‘em if they can’t take a joke,” he said as he burst out with laughter that almost knocked a cute young porn starlet off his lap. 

The extreme physical and logistical challenges that stood in the way of completing Flight Attendants were ramped up several degrees when multiple shooting days went past 19 hours leaving little time for sleep or recovery. 

“We probably pushed the cast and crew well beyond what could be considered reasonable hours from a physical standpoint as nobody should be subjected to four consecutive 19 hour plus days which we hit during one stretch but we were on a mission to make this the best project of the year and I’m happy to say that the actors bought into our philosophy of creating a great movie one hundred percent and did a wonderful job.  I would also add that other than a few hundred instances of meltdowns, total anarchy, rebellion and abandonment of the set, we made it through quite swimmingly,” Ryder rejoiced.
